[Digital] Vision Board Sheet
The first step to effective goal setting is to reflect on your life goals, priorities, and values. A great way to do this is to create a vision board. Take the time to sit down, reflect on where you would like to be heading, and create something you can tape onto your wall / put somewhere you will see it often.
To help you with this, we created a digital, abridged worksheet of an exercise offered in our Goal Setting Guide & Workbook. You can download this worksheet for free! Either click the buttons below, or add it to cart and get it emailed to you.
We recommend you download one of the two templates and print it out on letter size paper (8.5 x 11"). Then fill it in however you would like! Capture everything from bucket list items to career goals to passions to mantras. Don't worry about the how — for now, just reflect on the what and why.
Version One is great for people who want flexibility and open space. The infographic below has some format examples on how you can use Version One. It can be a picture collage, a list, or even a timeline.
Version Two is a little more structured. It is separated into four quadrants, and marked with LIFETIME, 5 YEARS, 3 YEARS, and 1 YEAR. If you're feeling a little stuck, it may help to start with lifetime goals (big picture things / bucket list items), and then work backwards from there.
Happy visualizing and creating! If you are interested in more exercises like this, take a look at our Goal Setting Guide and Workbook. We will be releasing a few more free worksheets in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!
